What FIVIT keeps, and where
FIVIT is a private beta run by one person, Ateeksh Luthra, in Eindhoven. Written November 2026. If this changes, testers hear about it first.
On your phone only
The raw samples your watch writes to Health Connect: every heart-rate reading, sleep stage and step count. FIVIT reads them to work out your scores and keeps a local copy to draw charts. They are not uploaded.
Stored on the server
- Your account: email address and a hashed password.
- Your profile: name, age, sex, height, weight, goal, and cycle tracking if you turn it on.
- One summary per day: recovery, strain, sleep totals, resting heart rate, HRV, calories.
- Workouts, routes of runs you record, meals, water, weigh-ins and recipes.
- The AI coach's notes, if AI is on.
The server is a Supabase database in Frankfurt, Germany. Every table only lets your own account read your rows. Ateeksh, who runs it, can technically see the data; he looks only when you ask for help with a problem. If you were given your own server, your data is in that project instead.
Sent to others
- Google Gemini, only if AI is on: your scores, sleep, training, food and profile, to write the briefing and advice, and meal photos you choose to analyse. With AI off, nothing about you goes to an AI provider.
- Open Food Facts: barcodes you scan and words you search, without anything about you.
- OpenFreeMap: map tiles for the area of a recorded run.
Profile photos are stored at a public web address that is hard to guess. Don't use one you would mind being seen.
Deleting it
Profile, then Delete account, removes your account and everything on the server at once. Uninstalling removes the copy on the phone. To ask what is stored about you, or for a copy, email ateekshluthra@gmail.com.
Not medical advice
FIVIT is a training and lifestyle tool, not a medical device. Don't use it to diagnose or treat anything.
